Rental Rates:
- Inner unit with garage - $2,750
- End unit with garage - $2,850
- A $500.00 reservation deposit is required within three business days once your application has been approved. Your reservation deposit is non-refundable if your application is cancelled.
- Deposits should be made payable to 255 Derry Road, LLC
- Security deposits are equivalent to one month’s rent.
- 12-month lease term only.

Pet welcome! Pets cannot weigh more than 40 lbs when full grown and proof of this weight is required prior to pet approval. Dog breed restrictions also apply – call for more information. Limit 2 pets per unit. One-time pet fee due at move-in of $250. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet.
